Joint University Programmes Admissions System (JUPAS) 
The Joint University Programmes Admissions System is administered by a management committee of eight institutions, including CityU, HKBU, LU, CUHK, HKU, PolyU, HKUST and HKU. Previous or current HKDSE candidates may apply for admission to University Grants Committee (UGC) -funded programmes, self-financing programmes and designated Professional / Study Subsidy Scheme for Designated Professions/Sectors (SSSDP) programmes through the Joint University Programmes Admissions System (JUPAS).

Electronic Advance Application System for Post-secondary Programmes (E-APP) 
E-APP is a one-stop online application system for post-secondary programmes developed by the Education Bureau. Candidates sitting for the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) in the current academic year may lodge advance applications for full-time locally-accredited sub-degree and undergraduate programmes (including sub-degree programmes under the Study Subsidy Scheme for Designated Professions/Sectors and most of the eligible programmes under the Non-means-tested Subsidy Scheme for Self-financing Undergraduate Studies in Hong Kong) that are not covered by the Joint University Programmes Admissions System (JUPAS) via the E-APP before the release of HKDSE results.
 
Information Portal for Accredited Post-secondary Programmes (iPASS) 
IPASS provides the information of locally-accredited self-financing post-secondary programmes including full-time higher diploma, associate degree and bachelor’s degree programmes that are not covered under the Joint University Programmes Admissions System (JUPAS). This provides a wide range of educational channels and pathways for young people. In addition, the website also provides information on the full-time post-graduate programmes funded by the UGC and the accredited self-financing top-up degree programmes. 

One-stop Portal on Articulation to Multiple Pathways ‧ Transition to Senior Secondary and Post-secondary Education (AMP)
AMP provides a wide range of information on the on multiple pathways for senior secondary graduates. 

E-Navigator 
E- Navigator is a life planning exploration tool that provides information on programmes at different local institutions and levels such as bachelor's degree, higher diploma and associate degree. 

Qualifications Framework (QF) Website 
Through the Government Qualifications Framework website, students can learn about the relevant academic and vocational levels of qualifications which reflect the depth and complexity of their studies. Students can also search the relevant subject courses on the Qualifications Register (QR) page of the Qualifications Register. The qualifications in the lists are approved through quality assurance.
