Joint University Programmes Admissions System (JUPAS)
The Joint University Programmes Admissions System (JUPAS) is administered by a management committee of eight institutions, including City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Baptist University, Lingnan University, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, The Education University of Hong Kong, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and The University of Hong Kong. Local students with past and / or current Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination results may apply for admission to University Grants Committee (UGC)-funded programmes, self-financing programmes and Study Subsidy Scheme for Designated Professions / Sectors (SSSDP) programmes through the JUPAS.
Electronic Advance Application System for Post-secondary Programmes (E-APP)
E-APP is a one-stop online application system for post-secondary programmes developed by the Education Bureau. Candidates sitting for the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) in the current academic year may lodge advance applications for full-time locally-accredited sub-degree and undergraduate programmes (including sub-degree programmes under the Study Subsidy Scheme for Designated Professions / Sectors and most of the eligible programmes under the Non-means-tested Subsidy Scheme for Self-financing Undergraduate Studies in Hong Kong) that are not covered by the Joint University Programmes Admissions System (JUPAS) via the E-APP before the release of HKDSE results.
Information Portal for Accredited Post-secondary Programmes (iPASS)
IPASS provides information of locally-accredited self-financing post-secondary programmes including full-time higher diploma, associate degree and bachelor’s degree programmes that are not covered by the Joint University Programmes Admissions System (JUPAS), which offers information on diversified educational channels and pathways to young people. In addition, the website also provides information on full-time UGC-funded degree programmes offering senior year places and locally accredited self-financing top-up degree programmes targeting sub-degree graduates.

e-Navigator
e-Navigator is a life planning exploration tool that provides information on programmes across different local institutions and levels such as bachelor's degrees, higher diplomas and associate degrees.
Qualifications Framework (QF) Website
Through the Government Qualifications Framework website, students can learn about the relevant academic and vocational levels of qualifications, which reflect the depth and complexity of learning leading to a qualification. Students can also search the relevant subject courses on the Qualifications Register (QR) webpage. The qualifications listed on the QR are quality-assured.
