Henry Lee has been fond of aeroplanes since childhood and dreamed of becoming a pilot. However, due to unsatisfactory academic performance, he could not achieve this dream and he decided to study a higher diploma programme in aviation logistics instead. He later joined Cathay Dining, where he is responsible for preparing supplies for over 130 flights daily, managing the loading lists of in-flight tableware, and restocking supplies for arriving flights. Despite the challenges and shift work, he finds great satisfaction in hearing passengers’ compliments about their in-flight experiences. This sense of satisfaction and his commitment to the aviation industry motivate him to work hard. He has been promoted to Supervisor II and hopes to get promoted to middle management in the next few years.
