Prudence Mak has been a designer for 20 years. With the perseverance, trust and support from family, teachers and friends, she has opened up new horizons and become the Creative Director of Chocolate Rain. She encourages young people to believe that they could overcome and survive the tough times with hard work and will power. Joseph Tsang, the Chairman of Hong Kong Association of Career Masters and Guidance Masters, advises young people that they should participant in the workplace visit or short-term work experience in order to find out the job nature. He also suggests that young people should make an effort to communicate with their parents when they have discrepancies of expectations with family.
