Giving up a stable job and income 12 years ago, Mr Kenneth YU started up his business plan to found his company providing training courses for corporations. He had gone through a low tide in business but he overcame the challenges with positive attitude. He encouraged young people to understand starting up a business is a process of putting ideas into practice. Ms SIN Nga Lam, Vice-Chairperson of Hong Kong Association of Careers Masters and Guidance Masters, advised young people the importance of understanding the current situations when making career plans. After joining the workforce, it is still important for them to pursue continuing studies and accumulate work experience.
