Duties
In the process of making and producing jewellery, the stone assorter is responsible for the stone-laying process, and the research on the foil and match of jewellery and diamonds. Stone assorter should have a certain knowledge of jewellery, including diamond classification and specifications, jewellery production process and mosaic methods. The following are their main tasks:
