Entrepreneurship involves a wide range of areas which could not be handled by individual. She sought help from her family as she hoped that the family could run the business together. She is responsible for establishing an online shopping platform, her mother is responsible for promotion, her father takes charge of purchasing goods, her sister takes charge of providing advice on the company's development direction, and her brother is in charge of accounting accordingly. A clear division of labor reduces her workload and allows her to focus on her work.
