The previous and current HKDSE candidates can apply for University Grants Committee (UGC) funded programmes /Self-financing programmes and Study Subsidy Scheme for Designated Professions/ Sectors (SSSDP) programmes through the Joint University Programmes Admissions System (JUPAS). More details can be found in the Joint University Programmes Admissions System (JUPAS) website.

Graduates can also apply for the funded or self-financing full-time bachelor’s degree programmes (Non-JUPAS) through Electronic Advance Application System for Post-secondary Programmes (E-App) or make direct applications to the relevant institutions.  Information Portal for Accredited Post-secondary Programmes (iPASS) provides information on all locally accredited full-time first degree programmes not covered by the Joint University Programmes Admissions System (JUPAS).
