Malik Ruhab Ahmed is a Hong Kong-born Pakistani. Joining the aviation services industry since 2002, he is now a duty manager in the department of Meet and Greet Services. When he was a child, he aspired to join the aviation industry. Finding this industry highly dynamic and international, he studied a foundation diploma programme and a sub-degree programme, eventually obtaining the Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management. After graduation, he signed up for the Hong Kong Airport Authority’s EXTRA MILE “The Pioneer” programme and joined his currently serving organisation as a Guest Services Ambassador, officially becoming a member of the airport team. With his proactivity, he got promoted to duty manager in three years. He will keep going with the aim of becoming the Operation Manager of his company.
