Non-Chinese speaking (NCS) students in Hong Kong face difficulties in learning at schools and entering the workplace. Three NCS secondary students and their teachers shared with parents their experiences in taking part in life planning programmes in their school and how these programmes help them explore career interest, connect academic and career aspiration as well as obtain workplace experiences.
