Youth Employment Expo
The Labour Department (LD) will hold the Youth Employment Expo at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre in Wan Chai on 15 February 2025. The Expo is jointly organised by the Greater Bay Area (GBA) Youth Employment Scheme, the Youth Employment and Training Programme (YETP) and the Youth Employment Start (Y.E.S.) of the LD, providing abundant opportunities to work locally and in the Mainland cities of the GBA for young people aged 29 or below, as well as introducing the diversified youth employment services of the LD.
Over 45 organisations from various industries including airline services, hotels, banking, public services, retail, transport, construction, catering, tourism, security and technology, will join the Expo, providing over 1,200 on-the-job training vacancies to work locally and in the Mainland cities of the GBA. Eligible young job seekers are welcome to submit applications on the spot. They may be invited for on-site interviews.

Date: 15 February 2025 (Saturday)
Time: 11:00 am – 6:00 pm (Admission is free, last admission at 5:30 pm)
Venue: 3G Exhibition Hall of the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre in Wan Chai
Activities: On-the-spot recruitment, career talks, sharing sessions by programme participants, course introduction and demonstration, employment consultation services, interview preparation consultation, handicraft workshops and resume photo shooting, etc. Youth Entrepreneurship Bazaar will also be run by business members of Y.E.S. at the Expo, selling a diverse range of handcrafted and innovative products. Members of the public are welcome to visit.
Sharing Session: Guest speakers Gin LEE and Andy LAI will join the event and share their stories of pursuing their own career development to encourage young people to seize the opportunity and pursue their career goals.
* The talk and sharing sessions will be conducted in Cantonese. Limited seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
